Apartment 188 occupies the top two floors of the frontline building at the west side of Costa Natura naturist village, which naturally endows it with fantastic views in all directions, particularly the balconies on the upper floor, which have panoramic views in all directions. To the west, Gibraltar and the African coast are visible on a clear day, with the mountains, Costa Natura village, Estepona port, the sea and the naturist beach completing the 360-degree picture. The apartment's entrance is on the west side, the footpath around the west side of Costa Natura leads to the stairway of 188. Once inside, to the right is a cloakroom with WC. To the left is the main bathroom which is fully equipped with a full-size bath, two showers, a wash basin and WC, together with all the appliances and facilities you could wish for. Directly ahead is a beautifully furnished bedroom suite which has great views of Costa Natura, the sea and the sunrise. This Bedroom suite is equipped with a TV and a large wardrobe. The main living room, kitchen and dining room form the remainder of a large open plan ground floor which has large panoramic windows giving a fantastic view of the surroundings, the windows can be opened to hear the waves on the beach and to feel the sea breeze. The living room has two large settees, a state of the art 55" curved screen TV with a blue ray disc player and a glass coffee table. The surrounding units and display cabinets are used for storing a number of items that may be of use including jigsaws and other board games, spare batteries, a hair dryer (and Rollers!) instructions for all the appliances, plus a selection of sports equipment. The marble-topped kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, a conventional oven, a 4 plate ceramic hob, a washing machine (the dryer is in an enclosure on the west balcony) and a full range of glasses, cutlery and pans etc. Even the salt & pepper grinders are electrically powered and if you lift the rabbit's ears you will find that he is an automatic cocktail stick dispenser. The dining room has a marble table together with 6 chairs and is ideally placed next to two large windows giving you a superb view as you dine. Nearby is a fully featured music system. The whole of the inside of the apartment is marble floored, as are the steps to the upper level which are fitted with a motion sensing light unit for convenience at night. In the stairwell is a 3 metre deep Swarovski crystal chandelier. The upper floor consists of a Master Bedroom Suite with very extensive wardrobe / storage space. There is also a lounge area with a white leather massage chair which has views through the double patio doors to the sea and Estepona. Nearby is a wine cooler (and an electric cork remover!) which you will find fully stocked. Please use the bottles if you wish and replace them with something similar. Double patio doors lead out to the larger of the two balconies, which is L shaped and has views in almost all directions, primarily the mountains, Costa Natura village and the sea, with Gibraltar visible from the 'sea end'. This balcony is also fitted with an outdoor shower for when it really is too hot! Leaving the patio doors open creates an open plan effect between the bedroom area and the balcony, and also makes access to the wine chiller easier! The balcony at the other end of the bedroom is accessed through a door, and also has spectacular views. A small utility building on this balcony houses the clothes dryer. This balcony is also probably 'the' place in Costa Natura to catch the last of the evening sun, and watch the sun set over Gibraltar. The two balconies do mean that even when the wind is strong, it is usually possible to find a sheltered spot somewhere. Outside lights and a full set of outdoor furniture are also supplied. We have deliberately targeted the luxury end of the market with 188. All the equipment and furnishings are of an exceptionally high standard, we have not hidden the 'best stuff' away, and you will find it stocked with almost all the non-perishables you may need, which you are free to use and replace with similar before you leave. This apartment is unique in that it would be easily possible to stock it up and enjoy your own personal holiday in almost total privacy, whilst still having the option to enjoy the two restaurants at Costa Natura as well as the jacuzzi swimming pools and sauna.
