Luxury duplex apartment located on the second and third floor, with excellent views both towards Estepona and Gibraltar. 9 m2 larger than ordinary A1. Lower terrace has a glass wall and a permanent sun sail as well as an infra red heater making it into an extra living room outside in all kinds of weather.

Top terrace has sun from sunrise until late afternoon. Own high-speed fibre optic wi-fi and IPTV with all Scandinavian, German, English, French channels and Video On Demand, in addition to the community channels. Wi-fi connected Smart TV in both living room and upstairs bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet.
