Luxury, comfortable and bright apartment on the top floor with separate bedroom.
Beautifully decorated and very well equipped.
A private stairway with security door gives access to the terrace and the L-shaped apartment. The living area includes a very comfortable 2-seater sofa, a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. You’ll have access to your own High-Speed Wi-Fi and the apartment also features Smart TV with loads of UK & European TV channel’s, Video-On-Demand, Apple TV and a Sonos audio system. Enjoy the great views of the sea and port of Estepona from the living room!
A sliding door is dividing the kitchen and living room from the bedroom.
The bedroom has a big comfortable Queen-size bed and large a wall-to-wall cabinet with excellent wardrobe capacity and storage for suitcases.
The bathroom is equipped with large walk-in rain shower, hand shower, sink, large mirror, inset ceiling lights with dimmers and separate toilet.
Of course, a full air conditioning which can also be used to heat in cooler times of the year and remote-controlled ceiling fan are not missing either.
Sliding glass doors on either side, lead to the terrace.
Offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and mountains - but also overlooking the pool and the restaurant area. It is east-facing and is comfortably sheltered from the most common wind direction by a glass wall and roll-up wind screen. Which makes it a perfect outdoor location on cooler evenings. It offers you a great view of the sunrise in the morning. Comfortable garden furniture with padded cushions is at your disposal for outdoor breakfast and dinner.
Finally, it is equipped with a full retractable awning and provides you with adequate shade during the hottest part of the day during the warm summer months.
The apartment is located very close to all the amenities like the restaurant, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and reception. However, thanks to its location on the 2nd floor, it is also very quiet, peaceful and offers plenty of privacy both inside and on the terrace.
