Apartment description

Air-conditioned studio apartment is situated in the Mediterranean gardens just off Frog Square. The apartment is East facing but the terrace faces the sea. The large terrace has room for a sunbed, sun-chairs, a table and chairs and is covered by an awning. The living area has a double Murphy bed, a folding dining table and 4 chairs. In addition to the Spanish TDT system, it also has about 200 satellite TV channels including movie channels and a DVD player with a USB2 port. The open kitchenette has a large fridge/freezer and a ceramic plaque with 2 hobs. All the cupboards are new. The bathroom leads off from the kitchenette and is separated by a door. It has a bathtub and a single sink and a small window. The toilet is also separated by a door with a glass panel on the top half.
