Fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. Apartment 102 was refurbished in 2012 and updated in 2020. It is one of very few that have a gated entrance. It is on the ground floor but has no disabled access due to steps down to the apartment (and access to its upper terrace). The lower terrace and apartment are completely private, the large upper terrace is partially private. The upper terrace offers breath-taking views over the pool and sea towards Estepona, with 2 sunbeds, a table and 6 chairs. The lower terrace has a large table and 4 comfortable chairs. A wind-out sun awning, with a wall-mounted heater, makes it a perfect outdoor location on cooler evenings. A large lockable storage chest houses chair cushions, sunbed covers and sun umbrellas.

The L-shaped apartment features sliding patio doors in bedroom and living room. The bedroom has a king-sized double bed, plenty of storage, inset ceiling lights with dimmers, bedside tables, and enough electrical outlets for the most wired-up visitor. The living area enjoys a very comfortable 2-seater sofa and armchair. A folding table can be used in situ for 2 people, or it can be moved to the lounge area for entertaining. The LCD TV and DVD player are mounted on a portable stand, which allows it to be moved to your preferred position. Bedroom and living room are separated by a curtain, and underfoot the apartment has a wood laminate floor. Both rooms have air conditioning, with twin station underfloor heating for winter months. Integrated into the living area is a modern kitchen with stainless steel faced built-in electrical appliances (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine). The ceramic stove has 3 hotplates. The apartment has free superfast fibre optic wi-fi.

Separated by a glass panel door, the bathroom features a corner shower, toilet, bidet, wash-basin and heated towel rail. One wall has a large wardrobe/cupboard with sliding mirrored doors.
