This instantly appealing apartment is on the second floor of the main central three-story complex which houses the fitness-room and has fabulous sea views over the Costa Natura beach. It has been renovated making it spacious and light. The living area has a new sofabed, dining table with four chairs and patio doors to the terrace.

The terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs and retractable awning, lends itself to alfresco dining. It faces south and west, giving stunning views, afternoon sun and amazing sunsets. So, when the sun has set on the restaurant terrace by the pool, one can continue to enjoy the last rays from one’s own terrace. It faces away from the restaurant and entertainment area so evenings are quiet.

The well-equipped kitchenette is new with black marble working surfaces, a three hob vitro stove with extractor. There are a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and large free-standing fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a sink unit with illuminated mirror, corner shower and further storage space. There is a separate toilet. The bedroom area is separated from the living area and has an extremely comfortable, king sized double bed. There are further patio doors from here onto the terrace and near blackout curtains.

There is ample storage, a full-length mirror, iron and hairdryer. The apartment is air-conditioned. It accommodates two in luxury and up to four using the sofabed. Security is enhanced by the entrance to the apartment being via a locked wooden door from the central staircase which also serves permanent residents.
