Apartment 168 is a beautifully presented apartment with ideal exposure, and a wonderful sea and garden views from the upper of the two terraces - The upper terrace affords sun from early morning to late afternoon. Entering the seating area or lounge, you'll find two comfortable armchairs, dining area and wall-mounted television. There is a private High Speed 300 Mbps WiFi connection and a USB multiple fast-charging racks for phones and tablets. The apartment also features an Apple TV3 system. The new smart TV with wifi + internet + applications (Amazon, Netflix, you tube, Canal+, works with your subscription).

The contemporary kitchen has been completely modernized and offers a large fridge with icebox, dishwasher and combi-oven/microwave. Walking in to the air-conditioned bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, you'll find plenty of wardrobe space and the large sliding doors to the lower terrace. The shower room, with its modern and quality finishes, offers a shower, hand basin and lavatory. The bathroom was been renovated in January 2024 with an Italian shower, separate toilet and two windows with sea views, you'll also find a towel heater for your comfort.

Just off the lounge area, you'll find the shady lower terrace with its roll-out sunshade and café style seating/dining for two people. The upper terrace (accessed via a few steps) has a larger dining table, two sun loungers and offers the most amazing views of the Mediterranean and the beautiful gardens of Costa Natura.

Due to its location, this is a quiet apartment offering peace and tranquillity. This apartment offers full air conditioning for cooling and for heating. Being fitted with UV-protected, coloured double glazed doors and windows, it also remains a lot cooler in summer and warmer in the winter.
