Introducing: Strong Customer Authentication
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our website and protect our customers, we are rolling out our Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) implemention. These changes have been mandated for all websites using common payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal and others by Sept. 14 2019. You can read more on Stripe.com
What’s changing?
When you check out with Costa Natura, you may be required to complete an authentication process with your bank. You may recognize this procedure as 3D Secure or your banks equivalent.
I can’t checkout, what can I do?
Firstly, you should contact your issuing bank as Costa Natura cannot circumvent the controls imposed on us by our payment provider (Stripe). If you wish to secure your booking, you can welcome to contact us during business hours and we can place your booking on hold.
