This lovely cosy apartment with A/C located on the quiet Frog Square. It is recently renovated and it has a very comfortable Airconditioning. It makes the living in summer times en winter times comfortable.

The one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor with 2 terraces. It is a very calm property and is separated from the other apartments. It has a partial sea view from the 2e terrace.

The living room has a comfortable couch, which can be easily transformed into a double bed. In the living area, you find a flat-screen TV, a dining table with 4 chairs and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, 4 Hobs, Microwave and a large fridge/freezer air conditioning.

The bedroom is separated by a sliding door from the living room. It has a double bed and Wardrobe on both sides off the bed, a ceiling ventilator/fan and terrace doors.

The bathroom comprises a separated toilet, washbasin and shower and wardrobe.

From the terrace the view is outstanding over the well exotic garden and sea. The terrace with awning is perfect for sunbathing.
