Luxury two-level apartment fully renovated 2020 with great sea view and two sunny terraces facing south. The first level has a nice living room with new furniture and a smart TV with Apple TV and WIFI.

A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, combi-oven/microwave, a Nespresso machine and a lot of space makes it a dream for cooking and eating. The sliding doors open fully up to the terrace with new furniture and nice views overlooking the garden and the sea.

The bathroom is spacious with walk-in shower, towel heater and a lot of storage.

The bedroom on the second level offers a comfortable double bed size 160, big wardrobes and direct access to a very private terrace with panoramic view, sun beds and allday sun.
