The living area has a large L shaped sofa bed which easily transforms into a double bed to sleep, two adults or two children. A flat screen television(with Spanish, English, French & German speaking channels) plus DVD player is included for your entertainment as well as a mini Hi-Fi system with CD player. Blackout curtains are fitted to the patio windows. A dining room table with two chairs is included with a further two chairs stored in the sofa bed storage section. Air conditioning is installed in this room. The bedroom comprises of one double bed with a new mattress and solid bases, which can easily transform into two single beds. One of the beds has an unlocked storage area which contains a portable heater and has room to store suitcases. Blackout curtains are fitted to the patio windows. A sliding door separates the bedroom from the kitchen/living area. The bedroom has a newly fitted remote controlled ceiling fan/light. The bathroom, newly renovated in 2022 comprises of a classic decorative sink and toilet, heated towel rail, patterned floor tiling and a level access shower cubical with a waterfall shower head and separate hand held shower. There is a large cupboard for storage providing full length hanging space and storage shelves. The other side houses an ironing board/iron, mop and bucket. The kitchen comprises of a 4 hob cooker top, a microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. A good selection of cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses and tea/coffee cups are included. The sun terrace/patio area comprises of an outdoor table with four chairs, and two portable & very comfortable sun beds. The entrance to the patio has a small attractively planted garden.
