Apartment description
"From the disabled point of view, Costa Natura is beachside; the main lawns/pool/restaurant area is about 5m above the beach which is accessed via a ramp, the bottom of which varies. The beach is fine sand and shingle, varying with the weather." - Owner, Apartment 16
This one-bedroom, air-conditioned garden apartment is conveniently located in lovely, sheltered gardens, half-way between the upper (car park) and lower (beach/restaurant) levels. Access is good for those with walking difficulties and for wheelchairs, with the roll-over, ramped thresholds and level interior. It is suitable for all seasons, including a long winter let.
The wet-room bathroom has an exceptionally non-slip floor and discrete aids for the disabled including roll-under basin. There is also a heated towel rail, hanging and drawer storage and plenty of mirrors.
The kitchen boasts a 4-ring ceramic hob with extractor; combi microwave; under-counter fridge; kettle, coffee maker, juicer etc. Ample cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware encourage entertaining.
The lounge has a TV with international channels, DVD player; fibre-optic wifi (free); radio/cd player. Two comfortable sofas, a 2 and a 3-seater. The fold-away table expands to seat 4 on its 4 folding chairs – or you can use the patio furniture which seats 6 with ease.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with commodious bedside drawers, a chest of drawers and a large, mirror-fronted wardrobe. Ample bedding is provided. Ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge will keep you cool on hot nights, more gentle than aircon; you choose.
On the patio, accessed by full-length, full-width sliding, double glazed doors to both the lounge and bedroom, we have an all-weather table and chairs, lounge chairs, folding sunbeds and an electric roll-out sun canopy.

The pool, Jacuzzi, kiosk, petanque and sauna are all easily accessible. There are dedicated disabled parking bays; remember to bring your blue badge.
