This ground floor apartment with an extended terrace, located on Frog Square, was partially renovated in 2024 and is perfect for those who want to enjoy the sun in peace and quiet.

The Living room has an open kitchen, a brand-new sofa-bed, coffee table, TV stand and fridge/freezer. The bathroom is completely renovated with a new shower, toilet, sink with beautiful light settings, and plenty of storage space. The bedroom contains wardrobe, terrace doors and a new double bed. On the terrace is a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 comfortable lounge chairs to sunbathe.

The apartment is suited for maximum 4 persons with a double bed and a double sofa-bed. It is also equipped with a new air conditioning system and ceiling fan, to acclimate the apartment to your liking.
