Costa Natura

APARTMENTS

All apartments are equipped with their own terrace, kitchen, bathroom and air conditioning.

Studios: Apartments that house the living room, bedroom and kitchen in the same area. Perfect for stays for one or two people. The interior space is 18 square meters, 9 square meters on the terrace.
Apartments: In these apartments the living area is separated from the bedroom. The interior space is approximately 27 square meters, 9 square meters on the terrace. Depending on the equipment, they can accommodate between 2 and 4 people.
Large apartment: It is a bigger apartment, with 36 square meters in one floor, and 18 square meters of terrace (approx.).
Duplex: It has the same size as large apartments, 36 square meters, but divided in two floors, it also has two terraces of 9 square meters, one terrace in each floor.
Penthouse: This the largest, the penthouse apartment has got panoramic sea and mouintain views, very well equipped and it is finished to a very high standard.

(Please note that all our apartments are privately owned. Each apartment is decorated, furnished and fitted by the owner to a variety of styles, colors and individual tastes, but all of them meet the minimum standard).

PRICES

The prices of the apartments are set depending on their location within the complex, the views, the general condition and equipment. All apartments covering client’s needs from the basic to a high standard.

We apply a short stay fee of 25€ for bookings of less than 5 nights.

PAYMENTS

To secure the reservation, we require a 30 % deposit. Without this deposit, your booking will not be confirmed. The balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Cash payments can only be made in reservations of an amount less than or equal to € 1000. If the total of the reservations is for an amount greater than € 1000, payments must be made by card or bank transfer..

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the arrival, the amount paid will be refunded. If you cancel the booking less than 2 weeks prior to arrival day, the amount paid will not be refunded (please note that your travel insurance will cover this cancellation, we can provide you with the invoice). Less than 2 weeks to the arrival, you will not be able to change the reservation or the apartment.

KEYS AND ACCESS CARD/BRACELET

In order to access the Resort when the reception is closed, we will provide you with an access card and bracelets for the duration of your stay. We take a 20€ deposit for these access keys in cash which will be returned to you upon departure.

ARRIVALS AFTER RECEPTION OPENING TIME

If you arrive when the reception is already closed, full instructions will be provided in advance. All payments must be made in advance. (If you arrive late, please inform the reception).

ELECTRICITY

It is important to make a responsible use of the electricity, such as leaving appliances off when you are not in the apartment (air conditioning, heating, underfloor heating, etc.). In case of detecting an abusive use of electricity, it will be charged to the customer’s account.

CLEANING

We provide linen and towels upon arrival. All rentals (except for winter/special offers) include a weekly mini-clean with towel and linen change as well as a towel change every 4 days.

RULES

This is a family naturist resort, we ask all owners, clients and day visitors to respect the community and family naturist protocols. We ask all holidaymakers to please respect the community rules.

DAMAGES AND INAPPROPIATE USE

All properties should be left clean and should be treated with respect.

Damage generated during the stay in the apartment must be reported to the reception. Damages or breakages as a consecuence of the inappropiate use will be charged to the customer’s account.

The awnings must be rolled up with bad weather conditions (rain or wind). Any breakage due to inappropiate use will be charged to the client.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smoking inside the apartment has an additional charge of 150€.
